The funny thing is, Monica is a much better character than Storm too. In all instances she has been better written too.

Whenever Marvel make video games, rides at amusement parks, perfume, appearances on vanity fair. Storm is going to be featured. Mary Plain can't compete where she doesn't compare

As she should....Monica Rambeau is down to Earth and very black..Storm is idk....a waste
Because Mary Jane, for the most part, is not a superhero. The fact that she gets attention as she does as a regular character is impressive in itself. Either ways, you're not doing Storm any favors. She is supposed to have all of that, and be oh so iconic, but has multiple failed solo comic runs under her belt and can only get on when tethered to other characters? That's not impressive at all.

These new readers don't support enough other than on SM and Forums. That's why this book will fail and that's why all her solo books failed. Storm doesn't have the support they want you to think she does
