To be fair the whole American health system is trash. Had an uncle diagnosed with stage four cancer… not even two months later they’re saying he’s cancer free. So either he had the shyt and it went away in two months or they misdiagnosed him from the Jump…. You decide.
:ohlawd:Or Jesus intervened on his behalf and told the cancer go back to hell from whence it came

I've worked in research fields you could only dream of.

Answer the question.

How does a spinal adjustment FIX any ailments you are claiming to be an expert in?

I want the mechanism down to the atom. Tell me.

Its your time to teach "doc".

How does a spinal adjustment cure cancer? How about pain management? How about infections? You said you had exposure to pharmacology, interesting...so where do you use that?

Teach us.

You do realize we have to learn pharmacology too right, and like every doctor, you research and make your decisions based on your education and research

As for an ortho vs chiro that’s a specialty they will do more formal training, but i had to learn the anatomy, the neurology, moi or pathophysiology of injuries and disease processes, the radiographic anatomy and pathology of injuries and disease processes, i won’t say they know more, so much as they have their specific niche and spend way more hours in it than we do, but level of education is about equal add pharmacology and surgery
I'm not doubting you learned anything, I'm aware of study hours, but compared to a medical student, specifically an ortho, the education of a chiropractor is severely lacking given their scope. Consider how many hospital hours one has over the other during education. There is a reason the state grants medical licensure to one (Ortho) and not the other. Do you think it honest to claim the title "doctor" when you aren't granted a M.D.?

Very interesting discussion. I've never questioned the validity of chiropractors before :ohhh:

The more I think about it, the less that shyt makes sense. If I wanted to loosen up my body, stretching seems like a healthier option.
This. Stretching and exercise is all the “adjustment” your body needs. And not leading your body get so tight and stifff in the first place pause.

I gave my live updates here.

I ran every day in February, March and early April. I had a race I was going to run in if not 2.

I fukked my foot up, lost feeling in my toe, couldn't even walk. Went to a foot and ankle specialist. He gave me a prosthetic told me to come back in a week. That wasn't good enough cause my race was that weekend. He was talking bout stress fracture and nerve damage......

I left, went to a chiropractor the next day, she evaluated my foot and was like "I really don't think there's anything wrong with your foot." She pointed out a nerve that goes from your back to your foot, laid me down the the table, popped my back and within moments I was better.

Was able to run my races. Do everything normal, no pain.

I had pinched a nerve in my back that goes down to my foot, doing heavy squats.

What makes you think my education is lacking, how many hours, classes and boards do you think i took, i can appreciate that the ortho has their tract and do more hands on hours but one of the biggest subset of patients i see is musculoskeletal issues

You should totally be good, because clearly you are influenced by fear, but despite how many deaths from medical doctors you won’t bay an eye to see them, have you heard of iatrogenesis?? Do you know how many die from that ??
