The Cavs in the 1st round of last year's postseason and now the Sixers this year... Knicks be bullying nyggas on the boards, if not in general. Credit where credit is due with the Thibs toughness.

Don't know what their cap situation or trade pieces are -specifically but not limited to Randle- but they got a title-caliber cast with a big game closer in Brunson. They should be a marquee destination for any disgruntled superstar. But should also be wise in who they acquire if those opportunities open up this offseason.

im seeing on some ig pages that philly wants pg

is this even possible?
Yes Philly can get in the range of 78 million under the cap with Embiid's contract and Maxey's cap hold if they renounce all their other free agents. They likely wont renounce everyone unless there are two guys they feel they really want to pair with Embiid/Maxey and feel they can fill out the roster with exceptions, minimum contracts and rookies, but they will make sure they create enough room for at least one max guy. The Clippers are also hamstrung by a somewhat obscure at least to me cap rule called the over 38 rule which limits how much they can offer him and it seems like they are trying to get him to take less anyway. So teams with the cap room and lower state taxes can offer George very close to the best deal the Clippers can.

They’re gonna have to give OG a lot of money in the offseason.

I think the Knicks are right there but they need to keep what they have and upgrade slightly from Randle as the second banana on offense.

What type of player would this be?

I think it's fair to recognize Brunson as someone above the Donovan Mitchells and Tyrese Maxeys, and he'll probably be the best player on the floor vs Indiana, but i'm wondering what will he/NYK need when it's time to go against more serious teams (BOS, DEN, MIN... OKC, DAL).
