I needed to cut back as well....I was drinking those tall cans of Monster with the twist cap that you’d normally find at Royal Farms and sometimes 7-11. It kept me going when I had to pull all-nighters when working the graveyard shift or early morning shift but I’d be ready to CRASH when I get in my car after clocking out

I just stuck to drinking some Vietnamese iced coffee when I’m at work instead. Them shyts be good as a mug too!

I had my fair share of energy drinks, but I never cared for them. After some time they never did shyt for me. I might get a little rush, but it would only last like 20 minutes. I haven't had one in years.

Most Juice is also terrible for you. But yes it’s mostly the sugars and additives. Orange juice is barely any healthier
