yeah the caffeine fukked me all the way up. started off on fruit punch flavor, then switched it up to c4 . the effects it had on me ..... man listen i was up all night for days heart palpitations. anxiety through the roof and felt claustrophobic . the way i felt i would wish it on anyoneOff of Pre-workouts, too much caffenine?
FDA says 400, if you’re larger 500 probably is fineIm diabetic (type 1), so idk if its any medication that just makes me so fkn tired all the time. Didnt drink coffee/caffein until mid 20s, even thru my bad sleeping habbits. Im a night person. Now? 1 coffee cup dont help shyt. Teeth get all brown/yellow. Stomach get all gassy.
With energy drinks i can USUALLY make it with just 1 for the entire day (some days may crave a coffee cup later). But apparently it aint good for you and can contain bad shyt in it. My other problem is that i cant sleep at night when i drink the shyt, even if i drink during lunchtime.
