I do vaguely recall that "second fiddle" comment, but I don't think it was about Jealousy so much as it's just a business decision. Austin is all about drawing the most money possible.

This is pretty much it. With his reality Show and his movie filming schedule his time pretty much spoken for already. He'd be more than willing to do something for them if his schedule allows it and if the idea is worthwhile. He has active career outside of WWE and he cant drop everything just show at the drop of a hat like Foley or Flair. He covered this on a episode of his podcast.

Basically. He made it perfectly clear when answering a fans question as to why he wasn't on 'Old School Raw' that due to his schedule, he cannot be called upon short notice to make an appearance in general.
