BE isn’t bad when it can be worse. I’m still learning and I’m trying to clean up a call I bought on spxu. Having a chart of the option price and volatility would serve me well. Those vol charts you posted previously, are those free?
This play has shown me how powerful Vega is. Playing with tsla is a crazy rush but I’m trying to maintain my composure and hit my target. Hopefully iv crush is major day after battery day.

Closed this spread this morning kept 80% of the credit. Also recovered significantly on a spxu call I purchased awhile back. Will be buying at a better price this time though.

It depends, breh. If I'm about to take a big loss or feel like the price will change drastically, I'll close it to minimize the loss or secure whatever gains I might have made. I usually just let them expire though. I do weekly plays. When Friday rolls around, either I won or I lost. Disney just fukked me today, but I have until Friday for the price to go back up and be where I need it to be. Just bought my first Tesla share for my longterm game too.

Have you ever been assigned? I’ve been reading horror stories about traders sometimes being assigned after hours on the day of expiration. That thought has me shook.
Thanks. I was dodging Tesla and hating on the company for the longest, but you never wanna trade emotional. I caved in and bought. I have faith in the company.
I’ve never been assigned. That’s pretty rare. People actually “exercising” does not happen often at all. People usually “close” a contract as opposed to “exercising”. I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve never even heard of anyone that I know or listen to getting assigned. It can happen though.
I've been assigned before. Brokers have to deal with a bunch of customers getting assigned each expiration I'd bet so it is standard procedure for them. As long as you have long options to offset the position, things should be cool... it was for me. Definitely a scary feeling though. Happened to me once in like 2013 or something.

Robinhood. The best app/broker I've used. Easy and convenient. It's all about preference though.
