Hopefully but im expecting the worst
I'm in a 100% commission based sales position, but my company just gave those that are working a $3/hour raise that does not count against our draw just for working. Nothing crazy, but it will definitely help a lot of my co-workers that are lower performers. They're backdating it to March 16th as well.
If you don't want to work or won't work due to the virus, they're giving $12/hour to just not work through April 30th.
