fukk you mean... you think this can all pass with a flick of a switch? They have to go through reconciliation just to get the $1.9T through because they don't have 60 votes.
Anything that passes through during this process which is a longer process ... is going to need 50 votes + 1 meaning Manchin and Synema also have to be on with all of it..

Trump "made his pitch" on something that Dems already proposed months prior. $600 wasn't "all the Dems wanted to give" that was negotiated down by Republicans, many Republicans didn't want to give anything...
