It could mutate into a less severe version or a more severe version.

As it is.
Quality of life wise we can cope.

People just won’t be able to get up and go to a museum or zoo on a whim. Appointments will become mandatory for stuff we used to move freely.

The real problem is that a lot of monetary value is based on the old system.

A lot of property that was valued cause it packed in crowds and spending.

colleges with million dollar salaried coaches in empty stadiums with no revenue?

Look how quick hospitals went under once elective surgery went down.

Yea everything will have to be restructured again.
