Found this interesting, but not surprising considering what we've seen with ACA.
The disbursement rate of unemployment payments was found to vary widely, with nearly 66 percent of unemployed Massachusetts residents receiving their benefits, compared to only 7.6 percent of unemployed Florida residents

I also found the article linked inside to paint a pretty dark picture as well. If you want to read it:

It wasn't really mentioned, but looking at the various numbers one almost has to assume that a lot of low paying jobs were deemed essential, but also had their hours cut. :francis:

That's exactly what happened to avoid unemployment. There are tons of people who are working a half to fourth of the their normal hours. Those people don't qualify for unemployment.
