did not know he made this

Same and I know Scott got hits but this surprised me. I had to check up on the credits and he produced most of that album

I really liked B's debut album and the production. Didn't know Scott was behind these :ehh:

Production was very nice on that album R&B wise.. beautiful keys, samples, nice arrangements and melodies. Very, very talented producer

He’s definitely master of piano . His strength as a producer most definitely. His new album is going to be fire .

rappers could always count on scott for serving them counterfeit dre beats

lean back was flames tho :whoa:

Really those beats are Scott's sound tho.
Dre has never really had a sound of his own
World Class Wreckin' Crew = Disco. NWA he jacked Public Enemy's sound w/ a West coast feel to it.
Then once Hutch came around from Above The Law, he started doing G-Funk, messed with that sound on nikkaz4life and perfected it on The Chronic
Then he got with Scott and Mel Man and perfected their orchestra sound for the Chronic 2001

i know this
i'm just :troll:

it was mutually beneficial because scott's production outside of dre's co-productions was hit and miss

its clear that he learnt a lot from dre as a producer, but dre could never make those type of melodies

Hate to say it. But he put the battery back in Dr. Dre' s back.

Edit* him and Jay: Still Dre.

Scott Storch is one of the most overrated producers ever. He played keys on 2001, which also had keys from other keyboardist as well. Now all of a sudden, "he put the battery in Dre's back" while Dre already had hits with Eminem and Snoop in '99 before 2001 even dropped and that's not even counting Dre's catalog pre 1999.

Which is why Storch is overrated as a producer. Breh is gifted in the keys, but compared to other producers of his era, Storch fell short.
