So Walton isn't a good coach?:jbhmm:
Who knows. The players will be able to answer that better than I can at this stage. It's funny though, most of these dudes whom are active in this thread over the last few days wouldn't be able to tell you the difference between the offense/defense from last season, yet they're all in here thinking they know some shyt.

Is he wrong tho :sas1:

Dennis Rodman got 5 rings, a HOFer, and the GOAT rebounder in league history. fukk outta here

Is he not telling the truth though? Warriors could have easily went to the second round last year, let's not act like the Warriors were some garbage ass squad he turned around. You c00ns quick to bash rodman as if y'all know the game better then him

Because hes a 5 time NBA champion? :what:

Dennis Rodman's opinion on this topic is a lot more valuable than the opinions of anyone in this thread or 90% of the talking heads on ESPN. :yeshrug:

And is he wrong though? Kerr (smartly) hired some of the best assistants in the league and inherited a team that was already very good with a couple of young guards that are playing lights out right now. How much coaching do you really think Kerr is doing?

This.

people wanna put the "worm" version of Rodman out there to try and discredit him but dude was ALREADY the man when he came to chicago. Swagged the fukk on the boards and wasnt even a "big man" in the sense of players that you'd associate with rebounding.

:what: nikkas a hall of famer

:mjlol: At you really thinking a first year coach, who was strictly a 3pt shooter in the league, is really coaching up Golden State like this, them nikkas is loaded, you coulda gave me that job and they'd be the same team:ld:

Rodman has a great basketball mind, I'd trust his opinion. Served Kerr some ether.

exposed.... the worm called it. :russ:

he let them boyz run themselves raggedy during the regular instead of telling them to fall back and pace themselves for the post season. they peaked too early.

Where's Kerr's adjustments at:mjlol:

lose home court advantage after winning 67 in the regular and come out looking shook in game 3 brehs.

bum ass coach getting exposed

Who's idea was it to let Festus fukking Ezili guard Zbo 1 on 1 AND let him go left and shoot jumpers...

Zbo is a guy who goes left even if you double team him and put two guys on his left shoulder :russ:

In the 3rd quarter he just faced Ezili up, jabbed stepped, faded left and shot the ball...which is the EXACT shot Z-Bo wants to take and the warriors let him take that shyt ad nausem :russ:

Where was the adjustment?:mjpls:

I remember last season, every other post was about how Mark Jackson sucked. Wonder why I don't see that with Kerr? :mjpls:

Maybe Rodman was right
:ohhh:

I can't believe some dudes were actually acting like Rodman knew what he was talking about. :mjlol:

yeah, thats because casual fans don't really do any research, all they do is pick their preferred arguments and then find accomplished players who have the same opinion and use their presence as the holly shyt argument. People like rodman don't even watch that basketball anymore, like playing 15-20 seasons and then expecting them to continue to be invloved in all of this is a naive way of thinking. Plus every old player is biased towards his own era.

people quoting rodman when he is one of the worst controllable characters in nba history lol

I mean what did they do with mark?

What did they do with fukking Luke Walton?

I'm sure I can come coach them to a 60 win season right now

Sure you could coach, you could keep on quoting the bible to make them players believe in each other while luke walton does all of the coaching job for you lmao. Maybe they could still win 60 games in such a way.

They out here smashing nikkas by 30-40 points a night. My dog could coach this team

Let's see Kerr or Walton coach a shytty team and we can talk coaching

Here's the plan. "Do what you been doing guys... Break"

You see Phil Jackson coach the lakers who wasn't winning rings. Then he gets there and they win 3 straight. Then soon as he leaves they don't win shyt. Then he comes right back and they win 2 in 3 years with 3 finals runs.

You see the 49ers pre harbs then with him then immediately after. You see Michigan before. Then after he got there

That's what coaching is about. I'm not saying Kerr is some shytty coach

But if you winning 50 games before you got there. On pace to break the record when you not even there. Then what are you reeeeaaaaaaaaally doing

you gotta stop with double standards breh

phil jackson is a great coach, but lets not act like hes inherited a shytty team- which is what you were saying that kerr needs to coach to truly find out whether hes a good coach or not. which shytty teams did phil coach ? again phil is a great coach, but lets stop acting like hes alone turning shyt into gold. phil chose well.

phil inherited the lakers after theyve been a perennial contender and went to finals, with shaq in his prime and having just drafted kobe.

kerr inherited the same warriors team and through coaching and making some what many can deem *controversial* moves (such as benching lee for draymond and having iggy come off bench as well) the team went from a very good team to a real juggernaut that dominates in a way unseen before in a while.

thats with no real changes to the roster

sure, kerr shouldnt get a ton of credit. but he should be getting some. the warriors did not play like this under the previous coach. they didnt move the ball like this. whether it was kerr gentry or some fukking janitor, coaching staff should be credited to this huge improvement and moves that benefited everyone and brought the best out in many players. why is curry only blossoming now into a MVP superstar after 6 years in the league ? because current coaching actually utilizes his scoring ability to the maximum.
