Don’t know why I initially read the title as Stephen A insane hair transformation and was expecting a Steve Harvey wig🤦🏽‍♂️

Man, i am 6’0”. At my worst I was about 215 and I was looking bad. Wasn’t carrying a damn thing well :russ:. Yeah he’s a fukking liar.
That says more about you having no muscle than anything! :dead:

If u looked fat at 6ft 215 then you was all fat.

Prove me wrong. There's almost nobody that eats a clean proper diet that can't manage to get their weight under control unless they have a health condition that prevents it.

There are plenty of people in the gym right now working out eating like trash and making no progress on weight management.

You don't need to step foot in a gym to get your weight under control. On the other hand you can't outwork a bad diet.
I'm not going to derail this thread but I just want to say this statement is completely false and you have no idea what you are talking about.

Get the fukk out of here. Talking about the gym is an afterthought. Humanity already proved you wrong.
I said for weight management the gym is an afterthought. Humanity has proven that right. Unless you are an elite level athlete on the level of Michael Phelps you can't burn enough calories in the gym consistently to make up for eating poorly.

You go to the gym to work on endurance, conditioning, cardiovascular health, strength and muscle mass. You don't go to the gym to manage your weight. That battle is always fought in the kitchen.

If Stephen Always at work Smith can hit the gym what’s y’all excuse??

Relying on the gym for weight management is unsustainable in the long term. It's mostly about cleaning up the diet. Sure morbidly obese people can get in the gym and drop pounds easy but the more weight that comes off the harder it will be to continue it if the diet is poor.

I'm not saying people shouldn't hit the gym I'm saying for weight management they gym should be an afterthought.

Who said anything about not eating healthy? Lol
@The God Poster It's because you made it seem like it was the gym as the determining factor in his weight loss. Your post didn't mention anything about diet so that's why @winb83 made that post. It's a common misconception that the driving force for weight loss is being in the gym.

:mjlol:at you being the one completely wrong about one of the most well known fundamental truths of exercise & nutrition.
Why do you think athletes like Zion can play one of the most rigorous sports for hours daily and be fat?
