Bingo! It's ALWAYS THE FOOD YOU EAT.

For example. I gained a ridiculous amount of weight after I sold one of my houses. I didn't work for a year and ate like shyt. I couldn't believe I ballooned to 245lbs. :scust: I carried my weight well, but even at 6ft tall that shyt is still. :scust:

I stopped eating bread, potatoes, etc. I ate Factor meals and lost 45lbs in two years. That's just from eating better. I didn't hit the gym. Now I have a home gym. I'm down to 185lbs. Feeling so much better. It's amazing how the wrong food can have you shaped like a pear.
Carried your weight well? :russ: 6 foot, 245 you were looking terrible, man.

I've quit that too. I mean I'll have bread maybe once a week but I used to eat it daily. I have potatoes once every week also. I've just found it too inefficient to try to control my weight with exercise. It takes too much time to burn calories vs how quickly you can eat a piece of bad food that has a bunch of them in it. I go to the gym and I strength train but I don't consider that for losing or controlling weight rather I want to change my body composition. I switched my diet to eggs, chicken, ground beef, and broccoli mostly. I also eat cauliflower, carrots, peas, and green beans. I don't really mess with fruit much. I heard negative things about fructose and I avoid added sugar as much as possible.

Honestly if I could just eat eggs and broccoli all day every day for every meal I'd just do that.

Man shut yo ass up. :mjlol:
Prove me wrong. There's almost nobody that eats a clean proper diet that can't manage to get their weight under control unless they have a health condition that prevents it.

There are plenty of people in the gym right now working out eating like trash and making no progress on weight management.

You don't need to step foot in a gym to get your weight under control. On the other hand you can't outwork a bad diet.

Dude was pre-diabetic due to a poor diet/lack of exercise.... and him fixing his diet and getting the gym for a year really makes people think it had to be Ozempic?

It's not like this dude was getting work for how attractive women found him..

Get the fukk out of here. Talking about the gym is an afterthought. Humanity already proved you wrong.
