There won't be anymore Grizzlies posts because their season will be over by next Saturday, along with their western conference relevance.

Btw, it's pretty easy to tell the people who actually played ball at a competitive level on here.

Cant really say nikkas run the NBA when it's only like four black coaches that have ever won a title in a league that's 78% black. Black coaches never get to coach elite players like Jordan, Kobe(prime), Shaq etc.. and on top of that they only get one chance whereas you got these lame ass cacs coming straight outta muthafukkin Israel to coach Lebron, imagine how that looks to fans over in China when they see nothing but nikkas on the court but they got some lil random ass cac telling them what to do...it aint a good look, all these things add to the stereotype that already exists about blacks not being smart enough to manage and control things by themselves, shyt needs to change starting this year.

To all the dumb nikkas talking about analytics, what SAS was saying is GM's are now going after coaches that have extensive prior experience working with analyitics i.e Wallstreet types, how many black people work on Wallstreet or in that type of environment compared to cacs or even Asians? It's even lower when you take away the black female population. Look at how they got that bum ass Chinese nikka Spolestra to coach Wade, Lebron and Bosh in Miami when the fukk do y'all see black coaches getting opportunities like that?

I'm cheering for the Clippers this year, I'm sick of being looked at as mentally inferior by other races and all this shyt adds up to create that myth, CP3 and Blake better not fukk it up.

Well for one, Blatt got hired like a month before LeBron went back to Cleveland. And Spoelstra got hired as the Heat's coach years before LeBron & Bosh went there.

As far as black coaches not getting to coach elite players...
Doc Rivers coached T-Mac in Orlando, the Big 3 in Boston, and he's got CP3 & Griffin in LA
Mike Brown coached LeBron & Kobe
Monty Williams coached Chris Paul and has Anthony Davis now
Byron Scott coached Jason Kidd in his prime & Chris Paul
Avery Johnson coached Dirk
Mike Woodson coached Carmelo
Nate McMillan coached LaMarcus Aldridge & Brandon Roy
Alvin Gentry coached Steve Nash & prime Amare Stoudemire
Mark Jackson coached Steph Curry

And that's just off the top of my head.

co-sign. but u gotta remember most of the posters on this site ain't black. its a bunch of jews pretending to be black. so they don't get shyt like this. its why the first 10 responses to this thread was "so u sayin black folks can't do analytics?" clear evidence these cacs ain't black and think thats the response black folks would make.

There has always been a relative paucity of Black coaches in the nba, especially in the context of how the league has been overwhelmingly black since the mid to late 70's.

So analytics and statistics aren't a root factor.

Racism is. :yeshrug:
