Stephen A basically said what I been saying. He's got black coaches calling him saying that these analytics dudes are basically pushing them outta the NBA. This analytics movement is just another tool by white supremacists to try and take over an industry from black folks.

you cacs and c00ns are so fukkkin dumb. the issue here aint about analytics. its about the pool of qualified people you can hire from.

before analytics, the pool of qualified people to work in nba front offices and head coaching jobs was mostly former NBA players. and that pool was overwhelmingly black. and even then, racist white NBA owners still hired former white players in disproportionately high numbers. just think of any former white nba player and you'll notice they still got a job in the nba as either a coach, gm, or assistant. Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Danny Ainge, etc. (and thats just off one squad). now imagine what will happen if being a MIT or Stanford Business grad is what makes you qualified to run an NBA front office. the pool of qualified people will be almost entirely white. now the racist owners can choose guys just like them. no need to ever consider that other pool that is overwhelmingly black.
