He's already mid 50s that's the age where these night time talk show hosts make retirement plans. He has it made on ESPN as long as he wants since they're a cable tabloid at this point and it's clear he has the juice while the ship is going down. You do know that Steve Harvey was in his early 50’s (53 actually) when he branched out to Family Feud right? Also how can you say that he wouldn’t be successful if he branched out if you haven’t watched him outside of ESPN projects? Lol

ESPN ain’t making Stephen do shyt. This man is a self proclaimed workaholic who goes to work everyday thinking “how can I make my bosses more money so I can get more” literally his words.
when his mom died, he was right back at work. Said he doesn’t even feel right not putting in work. He already got his check and was begging for more shows. Did radio, sport center, his own show and nba countdown.
