Steph Scored 60 Points in the Two Biggest Games in Basketball History. The Past Decade was HIS Era

Is Steph better than MJ? Can we admit Bron might not be Top 5?

Were you tapped in to the 2004 games? I remember Team USA getting mocked but I don't remember thinking the sky was falling
2004 was a fluke upset featuring a mens USA team that didn't bring along players like Kobe, TMac, KG, Webber, etc. It was Duncan, the 03 rookie class, Iverson, and Marbury.

As where this 2024 team had kd, steph, Bron, edwards, tatum, booker, etc. and the talent pool of the world is good enough that there is real debate if the USA has finally been matched

The dumbest trade in nba history enabled all this too.

Looking back...yea. Not that Wiggins was great, especially then, but with a lil patience they could have got Love the following offseason.

And obviously rookie Wiggins would have been better to have them no Love in the 2015 finals at all.

Still the greatest non trade was the Warriors not giving up Klay and Dray for Love.

Lakers trading for Russ in 2021/2022 season helped make the road easier for the Warriors title that year as well. The KCP/Kuz squad would have matched up very well vs that Steph/Wiggins/Klay squad.

Bron's impatience.

In the middle of the biggest game of his entire life, elite marksman Avramovic was like "goddamn breh, you're incredible."

:damn::damn::damn:

Meanwhile, in the middle of the biggest game of his entire life, some guy who averaged 2 points and 1 rebound for his NBA career was like, fukk out my way old ass nikka

When I was watching the game, I was like damn, Steph is a damn cheat code for America. If this was a video game, the other players would be like we all have to agree to not use that character because it's OP.

With that said, I'm pretty sure if Steph didn't save us, KD would've, if not KD, Bron would've, then Embiid, then Ant-man, Booker, Tatum (lol). We had too many weapons. All these guys are the MAN on their own team, if they needed to put the team on their back, they would've.

But Steph was the chosen one for these Olympics. That last shot was iconic. Steph throwing up a rainbow over 2 defenders while Bron and KD were left wide open watching with their mouths open.
