Statistically, Curry had the worst Finals performance of any MVP in NBA history

Of course the ATL
They're both OPINIONS. It's not a fact he was the best player - it was the opinion of SEVEN people. If you were paying attention to Twitter at the time quite a few NBA writers/bloggers were suggesting that Curry should've been MVP. If you believe he was subpar or mediocre in last year's Finals than you're absolutely clueless.

:manny:

The Finals MVP went to Iggy not Steph. That's a FACT correct?

if we go game by game from curry on his 2015 finals we have this

game 1 - 10-20, 2-6 from 3, 26 points, 4 rebounds, 8 assist - good game grade (B)
game 2 - 5-23, 2-15 from 3, 19 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assist - awful awful game grade (F)
game 3 - 10-20, 7-13 from 3, 27 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assist - good game grade (B)
game 4 - 8-17, 4-7 from 3, 22 points, 2 rebounds, 7 assist - ok game grade (C)
game 5 - 13-23, 7-13 from 3, 37 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assist - outstanding game grade (A)
game 6 - 8-19, 3-11 from 3, 25 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assist - ok game grade (C)

Based on curry the way he was LAST year, to me his finals was average to good for him based on last years curry level

Where did I claim that?

You claimed Cavs fans are roasting Curry because they "want 2011 to go away". Why would they need it to go away just to roast Curry when 'Bron played better in that 2011 Finals series than Curry did these past 2 Finals? You need to find a comparison where Curry outplayed 'Bron in the Finals. Good luck with that. :francis:

This board likes to be irrational when it comes to Curry and the Warriors. Dude had a poor series and everybody's acting like he's the 2016 Brevin Knight. :yeshrug:

Yeah cause this board is very rational when it comes to Bron and the Cavs...:stopitslime:

Even though they were the underdogs if they would have lost this board would be 10x WORSE, ESPECIALLY if they did the CHOKE JOB that GS just did.

Shyt is MONUMENTAL and the worst in history.

GS deserves this.

No, I didn't claim that at all. You just have trouble reading. All I said was that winning this year, doesn't erase 2011.

How is it not? All we heard for the past year is how Kyrie being hurt last year was the difference.

I don't know, perhaps leading both teams in all categories and playing the best defense? :jbhmm: He was hardly "saved". :mjlol:

Actually, you have trouble reading, yet you keep responding. If your argument is "the Cavs winning", then perhaps you should get out the thread because you're derailing it. This thread is about The Unanimous One being trash in the Finals, not "the Cavs winning". You're not really derailing the thread though; you're just moving the goalpost in our exchange again. Moreover, 2011 was 5 years ago, so bringing it up in a thread about Curry's poor performances these past 2 Finals is pathetic enough, but doing so just because 'Bron won again shows you need therapy. :yeshrug:

I don't know, that Bron performance against the Spurs a few years back was pretty bad to keep it 100, but we all know how short the Coli's memory is :mjpls:

Since 'Bron wasn't MVP that year, you're derailing the thread. Not to mention, he was only 22 and on a trash team that season.

Real talk.

They really did miss Bogut.

Curry is use to benefitting from all those illegal screens that Bogut sets that get him a few wide open shots.

Not piling on Steph, but getting open looks (even if from bogus screens) would have helped him out. :ehh:
