they shouldn't even be putting him in the chokehold in the first place. the way the cop had that chokehold applied, it could have killed anybody. it doesn't even take that much pressure on the coronary artery to make someone black out due to the lack of blood going to the vein and the damage is irreversible. the cop obviously wanted to show how much authority he had so he took it to a level that he shouldn't have done.

the cop should be charged with murder. obviously, he's going to get thrown under the bus for political reasons. the mayor and the police commissioner are too concerned about how the general public view them to let some shyt like this happen. no doubt about that. the cop obviously is going to get fired BUT what happens afterwards might be some other shyt.
