Looking back its also frustrating how much of the talent/potential on that whole shady/aftermath/g-unit camp was wasted.

-Dre recording multiple albums worth of classic material for himself & dozens of dope artists and never releasing them/starving out their whole careers in the process

-G-Unit fumbling signings of potentially dope artists/projects like M.O.P (didnt release anything besides a couple songs on mixtapes), Mobb Deep (putting out very subpar material & album) or Mase (deal not going through/working out I think) and of course the beef with Game

-Em strung out on drugs & falling off completely which affected all his artists and pretty much ruined their careers/paths at the time

so I played that shyt back to back and it's exactly what I expected it to be, almost too generic imo but I'm not a kid anymore so I can't look at that Shady/Aftermath stuff the same

album is dope for the most part but it's more of the same stuff they kept putting out and Stat Quo didn't have the starpower of their bigger artists so I can see why it got shelved
