Made a thread and didn’t see this one

anyway..

Been watching this on Netflix for the past week and the premise is good . Hell season 1 was very entertaining television

After that…while going through season 2, you can tell the writers had no plan and were just making up shyt on the fly just to push along the plot. It was still entertaining but it started going all over the place.

One plot point in particular..

Near the end of season 1 when Nick and Izzy randomly start fukking after an argument after giving NO clues that they were into each other. Then after that the show didn’t even BOTHER to acknowledge it. And then in season 2 they lowkey retcon it and have Nick get with his investors daughter and Izzy became a lesbian.

i know the show dropped in 2017 and went for 3 years. But you can tell the show was struggling for an identity. It’s like “The Social Network” meets “Snowfall,” “Queen Of The South,” and a little bit of “Ozark.”

Researched the status of the series and it seems like it’s in limbo. They didn’t cancel or renew the show. But with Netflix picking it up and it becoming popular again, I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes back next year for season 4.

Would be interesting how it would go since it’s been gone for 2 years.

@Busby Same shyt I said about Izzy & Nick. They one off'd them (thus far) and left that thread unraveled. But I did see it coming. Not because of logical and gradual actions from the characters but you could just see the cliche trope coming when he started having prollems with his girl etc. But they could have def had them address it on some "aye that was a 1 time thing. We were both in our feelings that night" and kept it moving.

When clicked, a malicious file was inserted that the hackers could use to distribute a backdoor, granting the ability to steal data and infect other computers on the network.

Them Russians was going ham with the attacks last year. Especially in healthcare. My org had to button up all the way to the neck for like 2 mos straight, Where was Izzy's nut ass when we needed her .

For real though, the material really does write itself. Don't know why they dont just try to get their Law & Order on for real lol. They aint never gonna run out of content that mirrors reality.

Almost done with the first season. Its good though. This is one of those fukkery shows where one thing leads to the next and the situation and storyline changes after every big moment.

Show is very entertaining but shyt is all over the place. Ronnie not being able to get up after taking 2-3 bullets and then all of a sudden walking around shooting down the Russians one by one while barely breathing . Ronnie and Ron Perlman character carried the show.
