You dudes are just so amped up for conflict around here its sad. I fully understand your point, considered it, and disagree. You're main premise is that we have a complete understanding of the prehistoric past. I disagree. shyts pretty black and white, we aint gonna see eye to eye. I know is the HL way to engage in 5 pages of name-calling, but that shyt aint. Plus, you were bytchy right form the jump.

where's the name calling? (aside from you calling me "bytchy")

you're just trying to play the victim and it's weak sauce. if you don't like "conflict", or people disagreeing with you, stay away from internet message boards

fair enough, we're both ignoring the point. Am I wrong in saying that your contention is that we currently have a complete understanding of the prehistoric past, and the ways in which our species (an others) evolve?

can we agree to say we just have to accept we don't know what we don't know until we know more? with the understanding that there is more out there to know, but we don't know when we'll know that information.

however, it seems the more we think we know the more we realize there's more we don't know.

I'm just not sure how any of that will bring someone closer to understanding what we do know about evolution

In all honesty, breh, the more I learn about evolution the more I doubt it. Maybe not evolution altogether but at least as these guys understand it. I've asked a few questions in HL about it and they, too went unanswered.

One thing's for sure, this isn't the place to learn about such things. These guys really don't have any answers for you.

...I don't know why its so hard to answer :troll:

now I'm detecting troll

beep boop...

2 ways of explaining it

1. Before the flood of Noah there were half breed humans and giants from fallen angels impregnating human females. Neanderthal could have been a product of that

2. The story of Esau and Jacob in Genasis. Esau came out full or red hair that covered his body and was extremely strong and a good hunter. His brother came out as human, no hair over his body and weaker but was more cunning/smart

its not so much free will as it is making the choice to obey God or be rebellious

I'd like to see if we could get a HL discussion going on human civilization before the "Great Flood" most commonly heard of from the bible. This is not an argument on the bible, evolution or about proving there is a God. Simply put there are over 500 "Great Flood" stories, legends and myths from all over the world. Societys and civilizations that had no contact with each other that share the same myth.

That's a link. At least quote something from it. A highlight or something. Posting a link shows no understanding whatsoever.
Didn't know we had to "show" OUR understanding to someone who doesn't understand. This dumb fukk can type a question and post a thread on the internet, he can read a wikipedia page that answers his question on his own, and after reading the page, if he has any further questions he can post them.

Concerning sexual reproduction, Did both male and females evolve at exactly the same time or at different times?

So lets say the female evolved 100,000 before male how would they procreate? I mean biologically wouldn't they be too different to conceive?

If it was a simultaneous evolution how rare would that be or what I'm thinking is there was some outside event to cause them to evolve at the same time?

Everything else on I'm fine on but I just can't find a good explanation on how it works

fast forward to 39:24
i think this will answer many of your questions.
the whole show is worth listening to but this part is golden.

Sperm - Radiolab

radiolab is amazing by the way.
if you have never listened to it then get on it.

Or he could come in here and ask. What's the point of having forums at all then? Let's just all google everything and let that be that. Forums are for discussion, so discuss. :yeshrug:

Now what would have been productive would have been if he quoted something from the link to open up dialogue. And if he didn't want to open up dialogue he shouldn't be posting in online forums. :beli:

They evolve at the same time. Both sexes seek out a mate with a desirable trait. Overtime they become a new species.

you can't look at it like that. it was a very slow changes that happened many generations. not a big change that happened over 1 generation

These two knowledgeable posters answered all of his questions. I don't know whether he can't read, comprehend or both. But that's his problem.
