It has its place but I can’t agree with it being some form of jump start to fitness or improved nutrition.

Fasts just lower the digestive burden for people with compromised guts. It's not a long term solution, nor is it necessary for weight loss. It can actually promote weight gain in the long run.

That’s too long and too extreme. Go with broths, fruit juices and teas. With water. But only for 24 to 48 hours. If it’s for cleansing, don’t do this for dieting man. It ain’t gonna work
