Its not even the fasting that is a problem for me its going back into food thats a problem for me. Id say make sure you go into the fast eating light, cone out of jt being gentle with your system. Make sure you arent doing crazy strenous shyt. Have low stress and drink teas that help facilitate bowel movement and calm your nerves. Dont be on some superman shyt tho, you can hook up some smoothies or juices if you feeling low. I havent fasted on sea moss alone but dr sebi always mentioned sea moss and tamarind juice when he fasted
