He says it at 3:35. He just says they've been fine with 30 FPS, nothing about whether there will be different graphical modes for console.

The more I watch this the more I'm getting excited that this is what I wanted out of No Man's Sky. I thought this shyt looked mid at first, but after playing No Man's Sky I see what they are going for and what they are trying to improve on and I'm all in.
I like No Man's Sky, but there is soooo much meat left on the bone in that game it's ridiculous.
