All jokes aside I'm sure the game is entertaining and is dope in some respects, but I think the hype was too much for some which usually doesn't deliver. I've stopped hyping games up for a long time as they start to disappoint when they release.

The thing that's funny is when people were trying to enjoy Zelda, FFXVI, Baldur's Gate, GoW, etc.

They came up in those discussions talking about "Starfield this, Starfield that."

On some: "Do you know what game has a combat system???? Starfield."

They just increased their surface area for the massive L's to be taken on a game that don't belong in the same sentence as the others.
