Bethesda games will always have jank. I think any big open world RPG is just always gonna be jank prone. There are two factors working in their favor at least with this one, the game could have been damn near done since last year, which gave them a lot of time to polish, and they only have to balance for one platform now, barring its pc/xsx/xss only.
