Well, the comics did imply that Palpatine was Anakin's father, in a manner of speaking...

They basically implied that Palpatine, when he was younger, used the force to impregnate Shmi Skywalker. It's unknown why he chose her.

So you never know I guess it's possible he also somehow manipulated Shmi into taking the Skywalker family name.
