My opinion.

I think Critics was far too kind with TFA
I think fans were far too harsh with TLJ (Me not giving a fukk about TFA made me enjoy it more. Expectations were low. Hasn't aged as well tho)
I think critics were slightly off with TROS (should be in 70s on RT)

It was an average movie to complete an average trilogy. Should have had a plan.

Also they dropped the ball with this

Just finished the movie... this shyt was decent. Idk where y'all coming with this unwatchable stuff. From the fan reactions , I was expecting some Game of Thrones season 8 shyt where you laugh at how bad it was. And I hated The Last Jedi....

I liked it. Maybe it's because I watched it with some friends and family so i couldn't focus on being too critical. I could see myself watching it again no prob. Outside of Rey being the GOAT Jedi. FORCE REVIVAL, romance... it was nice. Lack of saber fights they really fukked up not making Finn a Jedi in TFA. Wish Anakin had a cameo

I think that EVERYONE is right, no matter your opinion. It's a solid movie. I like it for the most part. They did what they could being with where TLJ left it. But also, it completely shows how wasted TFA was too, so JJ isn't off the hook. This should've been the first movie (well the first half).

BUT the movie is also uninspiring. They FINALLY show the new trio together, they have great chemistry, especially with Chewie & 3PO, BUT it's too late to care. If his is who Finn & Poe were supposed to be, it's too late. 3PO and R2 had more to say and do, but even 3PO & Palpatine, or Lando couldn't save it. Andthen they double down on the Avatar: The Last Jedi Rey, making her even more unlikable.

I won't watch again until the better leaks or I buy the BR.

While Im glad that some people on here liked it.... At the end of the day, Rian Johnson is directing the next trilogy and beyond. Goofy azz, Down syndrome azz Rian Johnson. JJ is done.


Even if this movie is cool.... how can I have hope for the future of this franchise? Why cant they just get the Rogue One director in the cut? Fxck man. I just miss the days when I could actually look forward to a SW film

Straight trash....I will stick to Pod Racing with The Phantom Menace over this bantha poodoo....

Pacing was awful, story was dreadful, characters you can't rally behind....nostalgia failed because it really is masking the horrible story in general....

John Williams is washed.....he just spliced the OT themes with the Rey and Kylo main themes...sigh...

Really? Lesbian pilots needed to be added too?

This is a Frankenstein movie, took parts of old scripts, EU novels, OT, PT, and threw it together....trash, trash, trash!!!!
