wasn't Plagueis a Muun? We've seen them in the movies. The interview says what Snoke looks like is tall and has to be done with motion capture because of complex movements. Doesn't sound like Plagueis at all unless he's taken another form. Almost wonder if he is a Hysalrian. Perhaps the one that trained Yoda.

At first I thought it was bogus but the evidence they showed made me think twice about it. They mentioned that Snoke might be a Munn too, either way I know Serkis is gonna kill it.

Hoping this link works. Basically, the interviewer asks her point blank about her role in Episode VIII, Gugu claims no one has even offered her a role in Star Wars, so apparently it's just a false rumor.

reading around, looks like he's not officially Muun. So I guess he could be an injured, resurrected Plaguies at best? They mention new character too. Do they mean completely new? I'm guessing not Plaguies. The interview implied he has watch all of this from afar. I dunno. Reading around it sounded like they were trying to fit him into the story somehow. Should be interesting. Whatever he is, there's a reason its motion capture and not just animated. That means he either moves in an alien way and/or the facial expressions are very demonstrative compared to what a puppet can do. Doesn't sound Muun to me. If its Plaguies, then Plaguies is not a Muun. We've seen Muuns and they aren't all that expressive.
So confused, would they be taking a new slant on the character?

I find all this speculation about Rey's staff to be B.S. as well. Folks are over thinking A LOT when it comes to this movie. Crazy ass theories coming out the wazoo. The whole debacle of how JJ handled Khan doesn't really apply for everything.
