Based off the spoilers he's only in a flashback scene and the final scene. I've started to feel that there's a twist in the movie that hasn't leaked out yet involving him.

Besides the absence of Luke, the other thing that sticks out to me about this trailer is that it looks like we see Maz Katana for the first time.
