They should have released the entire first three episodes. True, but you could create a little montage of future episodes to promote. The show was decent episode 1 & 2 but 3 was when it got good and the action picked up. I say that as someone lucky enough to binge 1-3I guess the logic behind it is making people watch the payoff of episode 3 on Disney+. You give those 3 episodes and people might think that's the whole show or it was just a movie
