Yeah it was the best pilot of all the treks I think he had the best handle for a lead on his character early Patrick Stewart looked lost most of the first season but became a beast in the third.

starts real slow but stay with it, the character development is amazing

Yeah they got married when the show was still going they are divorced now they even dropped some inside jokes in some episodes about there marriage.

The shyt definitely takes off in the 3rd season.
The first 1:30 of the first episode of season 3 is itself a game-changer for the series.
Literally, everything changes in act 1 of season 3. You'll see why.
