This shyt is relevant only for beginners for like first year. Then if you will continue naturally doing this shyt you will look like this:

I see that shyt everyday in my gym. Naw this shyt doesnt grow your arms. It doesnt grow your lats. It mostly grows your fukkin ass.
Most nikkas fail to grasp the basic concept - you will grow only those parts of your body that you are puttin work into. You can make you hands bigger only by going ham on them on a separate day. Deadlifts wont help ya. :skip:
These exercises involve 50% of muscles in human body. That is legs and ass. When you do this shyt naturally your body takes all resources to recover. Meanwhile your delts looking like :flabbynsick: and want to :eat: but they are not get any. Thats how those disproportionate muthafukkas are created.
If you dont juice or not a pro athlete there is no reason to do this shyt after one year, two years max. Concentrate on your upper body if you want to look good.
In real life nobody gives a fukk about that core strengths ma brehs. :ld: This shyt is hustlin backwards.

Examples of what? I talked to all guys in my gym who are 10-15 years deep in the game and none of them are doing this shyt.

I am bench pressing 290 pounds and i haven't touched this shyt in 2 years. When I dropped these exercises and concentrated on arms, delts and lats that shyt finally started to grow.

Meanwhile you can read ducktales how squats grow all your body and how its "real nikka shyt" :beli:

Depends on the person. If your proportions are off cuz your lower body is too big and unsymmetrical you lay off the squats.

so do squats and deadlifts only work your legs and ass? or do they work your core, too? is there no back involved in these compounds? i always thought they activated the poster chain but i could be completely wrong.

help a novice out, i'm trying to see the light but your post is slightly confusing breh.
