I dont think it should be allowed regardless unless within the last few games of the season. sending the entire STARTING rotation home should result in fines.

I thought the people of the coli would be smarter than this. Pop's ONLY responsibility is to HIS team. If he feels he wants to rest a few players it's his call. He is the coach. The Spurs have had a ton of road games this season.

Who is Stern to tell Pop how to run the team? Yeah, it sucks for TNT and Stern is protecting the NBA's partners but Pop is still the coach... you don't mess with how a coach wants to handle his team. This isn't WWE where a storyline authority figure is gonna step in and make people do shyt.

To each their own, still it is not against the Rules and although alot of teams do play 4 games in 5 nights atleast one time a year the Spurs guys are a bit older and they have done this for a few years now. Heat had 4 games off and well rested, like I said what kind of scheduling is that? Set up to lose scheduling at the tail end of a road trip.

I agree on the fan part though, but how many LOYAL Heat fans actually go to games nor care this early? I am betting VERY LITTLE, most of them do not CARE and believe that. I bet there was alot of empty seats.
