Questions about your 5x5
1) How often did you add new weight?(IE once a week, biweekly, monthly?)
2) How well did your strength improve?(end weight vs start weight for lacking lifts)
also, i never said you could get cardio from lifting. At best you get average cardiovascular capacity from lifting. But it doesnt replace cardio completely unless you are doing things like supersets and going for speed/explosion like cleans
