lol brah, well to me, it's a pretty big transformation. I mean 20 pounds in 4 months. There is only so much I can eat atm.

the one thing ive come to realize is that weight isnt as big of a deal as it seems
IE my change from 220-180 is noticeable but not dramatic, yet going from 180 to 155 is dramatic 40>25 but the body is a strange thing
If you really want to make it work, track your body parts with measuring tape and take weekly pics at the same time(preferably in the morning when you wake up)
your weight can vary wildly, so dont be too concerned about that. If you are eating good and lifting regularly as i know you do, the muscle will grow. The key is eating(and good sleep )
