It's still a gamble, with the way things stand now the only player that will be under contract during the 21-22 season is Josh Richardson, and that looks to be a really good value deal.
If they smarten up and use that cap space wisely they shouldn't fall off that far. I am a bit worried they'll overpay Justice next year since they don't have any space. I think it's more likely they fall off in the years before, use those lottery picks to get nice pieces and then have a ton of cap space around the time that pick is conveyed.
