Some important info:
You can only join a framily plan if you're a new customer or joining with a new customer. Existing customers generally cannot merge with other existing customers.
That plan does not have the option of 2 year upgrades so you will be financing your phone if you get it through sprint. After financing you paying about $75 a month ulimitied everything (25 talk/text, 20 data, 25 for phone).
If you recently did an upgrade you'll be paying a $15 fee to be on the framily plan, this is on top of the normal plan costs.
Joining with people you dont know personally is risky because they always have the potential to leave sprint, and if they leave YOUR bill goes up since you dont get a discount for being in a group with them anymore.

Framily plan hustle sounds nice but it's really just a way for Sprint to push people onto installment billing vs 2 year upgrades. It's unlikely you saving a ton of money with that plan.
This right here.

Visit the Sprint.com forum a lot fukked over people already. Also it happened to me when I visited a store in May to inquire about repairing the screen on a S4... them motherfukas changed my old out of plan that (term almost done) to a Framily one without telling me also adding the $15 to it. I only noticed because I got a email the same day thanking me for the changes. I called Sprint right there on the spot and they were able to change it back. I her many people haven't been as lucky.

Sprint did this on purpose.

Stores and over the phone sales reps don't have access to the old plan a lot of people have (Everything Data 1500/450). So it's almost automatic that if you make any changes in the store, upgrading/replacement/etc they are going to change your plan off the Everything Data to the Unlimited My Way / Framily they offer now. Like you did you'd have to call Sprint and pray the person you deal with doesn't hassle you over getting the old plan back.

Assuming you get a S5 and have a 25% discount:
Everything Data 450: $1700 over two years. with 2 year upgrade.
Unlimited My Way: $1900 over two years with 2 year upgrade.
Unlimited My Way: $2000 over two years with easy pay financing.
Framily (cheapest rate 7-10 ppl in group): 1600 with upgrade.

So if you can find 7+ people to get on a group with and they never leave sprint, you save a little money over 2 years. When you start adding more lines to the account though the Everything Data eventually costs less than Framily.

I left sprint though, pay $35-$45 a month depending on data usage and have better service than I ever had before. And I'm using prepaid.

Yea that is what they are doing. I left them and went w/ T-Mobile's 80 unlimited everything plan and I must say I get much better service than I did on Sprint. I left my moms on Sprint till either her phone craps out or plan expires. I they do take over T-Mobile I hope Softbank's owner fires all the idiots running Sprint.
