What are you talking about phx has over a million people. Most Southern cites outside of the major ones only have 250k or less. Richmond va was avg a 100+ murders in the 90's with less then 250k population. Stop talking on things you know nothing about.

Go tske a look and you will see A TON. Of cities you thought were bad are actually average

My fam has had the same house in NE DC since the 40s that I'm part owner of.. We got cracker lawyers living on the corner. All the homes around us have been renovated by cac investors. We've turned down numerous offers from them. The city has changed a lot. Some good, some bad.
