My kid is always fresh to death but she also goes to the best school in the district and her college tuition, all 4 years, is also on deck and ready to go.

im not saying they should be swagged out to the max I am saying that if YOU are finacially able to make your kids look the best they can(not wearing jordans everyday but at least nike) you should do it. Everybody has different parent styles. I dont have kids so my opinion may change when I do.

worst kicks I ever got though were some knock off straight from china fake air max named air agness , I was prob in grade 6, wore those once and decided I was better off playing sports in my boots cuz of how nikkaz went in on me.

Oh snap! I did the same thing. My parents didnt believe in spending more than $50 for sneakers, and even that was pushing it. I was straight losing until dropping the bomb that kids made fun of my sneaks

I buy whats looks good but i tell you what im always at them clearance rack, ross, tjmax etc first for them deals so they can more nice stuff cuz when im buying them more expensive stuff im limited to how much i can buy. So the really nice stuff will never be a priority due to price. But what i buy them they look fresh regardless u just gotta know how to shop around.

Hell i can buy them nike, sean john, ecko etc at them discount stores for a cheap price fukk i look like buying expensive when i can get it cheaper.

I'll go to the shoe department before i go to foot action and get them buy one pair get the other half off. if go to foot action or foot locker i can only get one pair instead.

I don't think kids in primarily white schools joke about clothes that much. It's really a black thing. For some reason, us blacks associate FRESH clothes with STATUS. It's silly, and I'll make sure my kids learn how false and stupid that shyt is, EARLY.

I'll make sure that their schools require uniform.

Children should be worrying more about grades, and less about clothes.
