Some of yall have wishful thinking when it comes to these classic hood movies. No money in remaking classic hood movies, everybody saying stuff like belly and friday, dead presidents etc.


Only the top grossing black movies with crossover appeal will have a chance. Ones like, House Party, Bad Boys, Coming to America. etc.

Sequels though, might be more likely for the other ones

I always wondered why they ain't put out a Coming to America sequel

Thats not true its been proven you can make movies on small budgets and eat but you have to have some savvy people behind them obviously.

Its in development hell directors keep leaving and they keep delaying it I hope it still comes out but its not looking good.
