I'm not too far into Phantasy Star 4, but I've been liking what I've played up until now.
Super Mario Kart, though some of y'all might disagree. It's still better than MK64 IMO
Really, as much as I respect their innovation, I gotta say that a lot of early 3D games aged horribly. They were revolutionary for their time, but now you can tell that the developers were still learning the ropes of making 3D games. A lot of games that were huge then just look and feel now.

Personally I love all the square re-releases for the iphone....like all the early FF's and Chrono Trigger, etc. Of course I ain't paying 10$ for an iphone game but that's what jailbreaks are for
