but guzman...a pure waste...dude had ATG talent but ate himself out of his career..watching him lose his zero and fukk up his leg against allakhverdiev was awful

Real shyt, I won't go as far as calling dude a waste or anything because he did become a champion in 2 divisions, but he's definitely on the list of boxers that I felt could have had better careers.

I was a fan of dude an enjoyed his fights. I think his peak was the Soto performance. I wish we had gotten more of those.

Dude had all of the talent in the world, but he was a headcase. Snorting coke on camera, roiding up, beating women, popping the trunk at his ex-wife's gym while kids were training. He should have been a consistent top 10 guy at 205, but he just couldn't get right.



And I'll add Rousimar Palhares. He should have been challenging the elite at 170 in the UFC or Bellator, instead he's fighting dudes that don't even have Wikipedia pages in Europe because he wanted to cripple people

I think those aquinity cats broke Joan Guzman's legs after he lost that card they put on, he hasn't fought since.

Victor Ortiz, all the physical and tehnical skills to have been special.
Just such a fragile mind that he wasted what should have been an incredible and potentially HoF career.

I was around Brock during the camp for Cain. We thought he was gonna frank mir him. Boy oh boy were we wrong.


At his best dude was nearly unbeatable
