I get what he’s saying
AI is created by human beings to imitate human beings and to simplify difficult tasks. Soul in music does come from emotions, feelings, and energy but overtime I’m sure AI can get close to imitating this. Will it be perfectly done, probably not. Nothing is perfect but it can probably get close with the more it learns and grows.

This is false. For one, humans are distinctly different from machines in that we can transcend our "programming" and go against our instincts. In fact, most (if not all) human growth is predicated on pushing against the gravitational pull of your nature.
There are more reasons for why AI will never reach the level of human intelligence.

The brain literally works like an extremely advanced computer system… to the point where we literally have the same interchangeable terms. Brain sends signals and data through our bodies and vice versa by electrical impulses… what does that sound like to you?
