I quit coke this year after 6 years of doing it literally every weekend. Im convinced it fukked with the balance in my brain because i feel kinda "off" since i quit 8 months ago.

-try not to share bills or straws peoples mucus and blood is on them
-always make sure the surface is bone dry before dumping some out.
-never push it when ur heart is beating out of ur chest let it calm down before u do another on even young healthy people can burst a heart.
-dont hook up people because chances are they are stingy with theirs.
-always buy more than you need because YOU WILL run out faster than you thought and want more and if you cant find any prepare to be bummed out
