Dre should've dropped the album around 2003.
Thats when Bin Laden shook the towers, around 2003.

2006 was a LOADED year. T.I., Snoop, Ghostface Killah, Lupe Fiasco, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Jeezy, Game, Rick Ross, Outkast’s final album, Jay-Z’s comeback album, Nas’s Def Jam debut, DAMN.

Half of those albums might not have dropped if Dre kept all of those Detox beats to himself. Busta, Jay and Snoop for sure would’ve had highly altered albums.

Might have been better for Dre to drop the year before or year after for maximum effect but I guess everything happened the way it was supposed to in the end.

And I don’t a give a f u c k what NOBODY says Compton is a great album. That project still gets burn from me.
