it's not just popeyes. It's pretty much EVERY fast food restaurant in the black neighborhood. luckily for me, there are fast food restaurants (including popeyes) in the mexican hood which are just as close as the ones in the black hood. and they are MUCH faster and have better service. can't fukk with them hood restaurants

the one near me (in the hood near the projects) was awful when it was all my fellow ratchet black ppl working there...but about 6 mths ago some indian nikkas i guess started managing it and workin there...and its always spotless, service on point, and food is always fresh now

I had to stop eating that stuff.
About three years ago, I walked inside because the drive-thru was long as hell.
There were about three or four people standing on line to order.
I was behind an extra chunky chick. When she got to the counter, she ordered her food, paid, and got her change and receipt. She then told the cashier, "Aye! Make sho the fries are fresh out the grease."
For some reason, me hearing that made me so damn sick. All I thought about was, "I'm about to order heart attack."
That was the last day I ever ate Popeyes.
